We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify the doubts, before registering with us. It is to be done at the onset of the professional relationship. It is in everybody’s interest and vitally important for the tutor and the student / parent.

There is one time non-refundable registration charge for tutors.
Toppers Home Tuitions has been established to allow students to contact Tutors as well as Tutors to contact Students to view their profiles.
Please provide valid mobile number and personal email at the time of registration. We want our users to interact with genuine persons with valid contact details, fake profiles lead to cancellation of membership without any notice.
If you avail service from our customer service executives for finding a student then you need to pay us Rs 2000/-
We reserve the right to deny students/tutors the permission to enter our site if our terms & conditions are not followed.
Tutors can register their profile but cannot contact students/parents directly.
Students/Parents acknowledge that it is his/her responsibility to verify the credentials and qualifications of any Tutor while entering into tuition contract.
A Tutor acknowledges that he is not an employee of Toppers Home Tuitions and accepts full responsibility for all Income Tax and other liabilities payable in relation to any fees generated from a tuition contract. We do not issue any experience certificate to our registered members.
Members acknowledge that Toppers Home Tuitions is not liable for direct indirect consequential or any other form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a Member through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.
Toppers Home Tuitions does not guarantee to secure a Tutor for a Student or fix-up any tuition fees on behalf of any tutor or student.
Toppers Home Tuitions reserves the right to revise subscription charges without any prior notification.
The management of Toppers Home Tuitions reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
Student/Parent can ask to verify Tutor’s address and residential details before making any direct payments between them.
Toppers Home Tuitions is not responsible for any misbehaviour of Tutors on Students or Students on Tutors. Both students and tutors, especially female students/tutors are advised to ensure safety before entering the tutoring contract with the other party. Toppers Home Tuitions is not liable for loss of any kind whatsoever.
The foregoing are subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts in Jaipur Rajasthan, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this site.

If you enter into any tuition contracts or whatsoever with other members of Toppers Home Tuitions then such activity is solely between you and that third party. We shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such activity. You hereby agree to release Toppers Home Tuitions from all claims arising from such activity.
Limitation of Liability
CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TOPPERS HOME TUITIONS MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR INFORMATION PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, CALL,CONTENT OR SERVICES.
TOPPERS HOME TUITIONS MAKES NO WARRANTY/Guarantee TO PROVIDE TUITIONS TO TEACHER OR STUDENTS. TOPPERS HOME TUITIONS WILL ONLY RECOMMEND THE TEACHER TO STUDENT AND VICE VERSA.
